Sincera Reproductive Medicine - Langhorne

I started going to Sincera last summer transferring from another clinic I wasn’t happy with. Everything has been amazing from Brenda at the front desk- always greets me and remembers my name, to the nurses, to the phlebotomist, and almost every appointment I usually deal with Dr. Annu Mathew, who has been nothing short of amazing, understanding and thorough. They all make me feel hopeful and heard.

My body is very stubborn and after coming here for 9 months I finally got pregnant at age 40 and gave birth to a completely healthy baby girl-- who is exceeding all developmental milestones!! The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and had my husband and I on proven supplements to ensure egg/sperm quality while we did IUI. Im now coming back for baby #2 at age 41 and cant wait!! Thank you for the wonderful experience so far! We have a family of our own thanks to Sincera!

Horrible horrible horrible. I had already post a review a week ago and I deleted because I had a practice manager who was going to help me with my situation but decided not to and also come to find out that her name is NOT AMY but Anna. I am also putting a insurance FRAUD CLAIM because they charged me $410 for a office visit when I did not even get to see the doctor.I was NOT happy with my previous practice so I moved to this place because I have heard good things. They are going through a merger so I was trying my best to be patient with everything however every time I tried to talk to someone it was a voice message and playing phone tags all day. One incompetent staff member bree or briana called me back and referred me to go to Wyomissing PA which was an hour and 30mins away from me due to the this office was going through a training. I have yet to see this doctor since July (for introduction) after they said we are going to make an appointment I had received a bill of $410 that I mentioned earlier and I tried to talk to the doctor and he mentioned that apparently I wanted to cancel my appointment and go back to my old office that I never said. So I am appalled to come home with a bill which I had NO idea that I was going to get charged and I just became the bad person and given false information. It was already bad from the start and now its turn for the worst. I would never ever ever EVER deal with this practice. it may NOT be this location but this is not right to treat patients like this. I understand that I am just a number to these people and I just pour out money to them but this is not right. PLEASE treat your patients with at least with SOME respect. I have been more than generous and patient with the merger but now they are making me out to be the bad person and personally attacking me. thank you so much for the month and half that I have wasted and will never get back. this is SO not worth of anyones times. Better yet now I get to deal with my FRAUD claim situation with my insurance because YOU CANNOT HELP ME for some reason. You just want money out me (and YOU GOT IT ) and now you are making me suffer for NO REASON. I didnt even start ANYTHING and here I am ... left with a bill for WHAT> again worst practice ever. no one is competent and they just take money because.. who knows

I had a great experience with Sincera Reproductive. I started at the Fort Washington Branch about a year ago. Dr. Stephen S. tested my F. Tubes and uterus to make sure all was OK. ( His sense of humor is dry and funny, I thought) The staff there could not of been any nicer. I worked with Lauren who had a kind and calm way about her to make me feel at ease. Her team was good too. I did a few rounds of IUIs that didn’t take, but I had still had hope so they remembered me as I kept going. I ended up getting pregnant on my own and called the Langhorne branch ( much closer) and went through the follow up process with them. Brenda at the front desk was very friendly and kept asking how I was feeling. Liz who took my blood work couldn’t of been nicer and the doctors and assistants ( forget names and titles) who did my ultra sounds were kind and friendly too. The only thing I will say is every visit there was a co pay and I felt that the blood work was unnecessary each visit but other then that experience was good. I will miss going to them when I switch to my OBGYN.

I have had nothing, but a positive experience! The nurses/Dr. Nichols and nurse practitioners have all been very welcoming, infomative and very organized. I rarely wait to see anyone, out in a flash and always feel I am in good hands. I also notice in the year Ive been going here I still see the same welcoming faces. Calls/emails always responded to in a reasonable time frame. I am very happy my obgyn referred me here :)

Sincera is incredible and the staff at the Langhorne location is phenomenal. Brenda always remembered my name and made me feel welcome right when I walk in the door, Janine is so great at her job and always has a smile on her face and Dr. Annu Mathew is one of my favorite people- such a pleasure to deal with, extremely talented and an absolute asset to Sincera. I recommend Sincera Langhorne to everyone!

Just advice for anyone looking to start this process with this company. Do yourself a favor and check out the review at every other Sincera site. They are mostly negative.I’ll give you my experience they don’t answer their phones.The doctors are too busy for you after the first call.The staff are rude.They don’t even remember the patients name. (My wife) Called her by a different name repeatedlyOnly really care about getting desperate people like us to go straight to spending money on IVFAnd they have a mandatory vaccine policy which is already a touchy subject for people who are infertileLastly their success rate is horriblePlease please please use another place to make an already stressful situation a lot healthier process for you and your spouse. There are plenty of other places.

The way this office is run is pitiful. You can’t get a live person on the phone, the nurses don’t call back, no one discusses your benefits prior to testing, they bring you in for multiple testing appointments so they can bill for the office visits(most of the testing can be done in 1 day), they dropped the ball on my genetic testing and tried to blame the lab after I complained it had been 6 weeks. I requested medical records weeks ago and to this day they haven’t sent the request to their vendor. I had to contact the outside medical record company myself to get them. I could go on but you get the point. If you care about your experience and competent care, please run fast and go somewhere else. I’m speaking from not only a patient perspective but someone who has years of healthcare administration experience. RMA is right down the street and they are phenomenal.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences so far with this practice! The doctors and PA’s communicate so well and really take the time to explain everything to you and make sure that you don’t have any questions. The receptionists and nurses have also been so kind and helpful, as well. The care and passion they have for what they do is very evident. Would highly recommend this group to anyone!

I have had nothing but positive experiences every time i’ve gone in. By my second visit almost everyone knew my name and were so kind and welcoming. Yes, when calling you most likely won’t get a live person but in my experience any voicemails i’ve left were responded to promptly and same day.

Wonderful experience, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of providers helping to make our baby dreams come true

I had my first appointment today and Dr. Nicolas was so great and patient. She explained everything very well and was very informative!
